Competition is at a Peak For New Bingo Sites

Tombola Bingo Banned Ad

Have you guys heard about the ad banned for Tombola Bingo?

As it turns, ASA has banned a TV advert for Tombola Bingo because of racial stereotypes  after complaints were received.

The advert features Tombola’s spokesperson telling about Tombola bingo bonuses plan for new members, and a black man is playing and repeating him. ASA explained that the ad shows the white man has power over the black man.Come on!

This is part of Tombola’s series of ads which takes place at some holiday resort in the pacific; the singing man there was meant to be a local, and what can you do – most of them are black. Looking at the ad in context to the entire campaign shows there is no racial insinuation there – just another episode where Tombola promotions are discussed, this time their welcome bingo bonus.

It’s a pity that finally we see an online TV campaign for an online bingo site that is original and fun to watch, and it gets treated in a prude manner. Judge for yourselves:

Happy Women’s Day

Today is the international Woman’s Day – where are our bingo bonuses?!

March 8th marks this important occasion, and although I don’t consider myself a feminist, I do feel this is an important occasion.

I feel this day is far more important than other days, and being us ladies area big part of the online bingo community, it surprises me no special bonus marks this occasion.
